I have taken to bodybuilding as part of my rehab after a breakthrough with my disability....now it s a passion that has grabbed me and won't let go

BB Accomplishments:
Lost 15 lbs in the first 3 months.
Went from 17.1% bf to 14.5 in the first three months.

Phase 1 - lose bodyfat with intensive cutting phase:
---- from 17.1% to 10%
---- from 38 size pants to 34 size pants
Phase 2- bulk up especially:
---- Chest from 40.5inches to 44 inches.
---- Arms from 14 inches to 18 inches
---- Forearms from 11 inches to 14 inches
---- Abs from flabby to 6 pack & V taper waist
---- Back from undefined to V taper
---- Legs Increase muscle strength and definition especilly in lower legs
Eventually:
--- Be able to proudly take off my shirt
--- Be able to take pictures without shirt & not be embarrassed.

Description: This is about two months into serious lifting and serious clean eating (better then 80% of the time) I started at 181-183... as of tonight I am at 168.2! Even with differences in scales etc . I have lost at least 12-15 lbs! My initial progress photos were taken at 175 (for comparison) Comments welcome!
11/20 video physique update

Description: Physique update 11/20 . Started lifting 3 months ago with fairly strict diet. thisis my second fitness assessment folow up video . assessment shows confirmed loss of 15 lbs and 3.4% bodyfat so I went from 17-1% to 14.5% bf and from 183ish to 167.2 lbs! sorry about the back shot , crack kills man , did not realize myt pants wee thatlose , they used to be tight on me (size 36 now I fit comfortably in 34's!) sorry about the underwaer show . ....comments and specifics welcome! what has improved ?

im not a HUGE believer in doin cardio. lol i hate runnin cuz it always makes me lose strength so when i wana cut i just dont rest in between sets and do 2 exercises at the same time
well thats about what most people take in but you only really need about 60g per day but observly u need alittle more if your weight training but it should only be around 70-80g per day but am still researching on that one yeah am good m8 jst enjoing the festive season with my family!
still no concrete plans on that. It will be a while before it happens. We're both still young and I've got a lot of financial issues to get around. Yeah...being christmas day and all, I ate totally wrong lol, but I start the cardio routine tomorrow so I'll make up for it I suppose. We'll see what %'s we can pull off.
