I made it to 145 now its time to get superipped by June "HIT THE BEACH" hard and be club Seacrets ready.

For the next 6 months use a combination of power lifting and sprinting mentality. Go back to cardio 6 times a week 30 minutes to a hour

YES!!! Another happy person with EFX supps! But I will say that I prefer the aminos over the glutamine! I mix 'em with different sugar free drinks and it's like Kool-Aid! :) Glad you are happy with the product. Life is good over here...and how the heck are you my friend??
